Make wellness a business decision, not a benefits decision.     –Us

We may as well have this phrase plastered in the halls of the Pansalus headquarters. It’s the underlying theme of everything we do. Is it because we’re all about the bottom line? Of course not. We wouldn’t be in the wellness business if we didn’t care about the wellbeing of our clients. If we thought only money mattered – we’d be financial consultants.

And guess what? Simply improving a company’s financial situation won’t do very much for day-to-day productivity or morale. And it certainly won’t reduce turnover or help business sustainability.

The fact is that wellness and business are intertwined. Clients come to us for guidance and resources to help their employees better themselves, which in turn improves office culture and satisfaction. This is what ultimately grows the bottom line – and reduces your company healthcare costs!

We created Pansalus to fill a void. There are “wellness” firms that focus on just physical health. There are financial consultants who only see green. Then there’s us. We’re a team of humans – with families, faith and integrity – and we understand we’re working with other humans. We are committed to helping individuals become their best selves, both inside and outside the workplace. Through our own work, we understand the importance of health and happiness to job satisfaction, the importance of job satisfaction to productivity and motivation, and the importance of productivity and motivation to a successful business.

A successful business can, in turn, provide further happiness, confidence and productivity… and so on. See how great of a cycle that can be?

So, keeping in mind that we are not solely driven by money, we want to convey the importance of wellness as a business strategy.

Trust us when we tell you that long-term, sustainable success hinges on the wellbeing of your employees.

The five components of wellness according the Pansalus Cultural Alignment Theory are organizational health, social development, communication, culture and strategy.
